Rafaello recipe:
200 gr powder milk, 200 gr powder sugar, 200 gr butter for cakes, 300 gr coconut, vanilla essence, 200 gr of peanuts.
We mix in a boll the powder milk wit sugar and the butter and just 200 gr from the coconut and the vanilla essence - until we obtain a bake.

We let the bake in the fridge like 30 min covered wt a plastic folio and we put the peanuts to fries a little bit :)
Than we take out the bake from the fridge and we start to make little balls in which we put a half peanut inside and than we cover it wt coconut to look like it is snowed :).

Tips: You can melt white chocolate (around 200 gr in 2 -3 spoons of milk and one piece of butter for shining) and spread it around the snow balls before you put the coconut! IT LOOKS AND TASTE DELICIOUS!!!
